Instructions
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add the mini marshmallows and stir continuously until melted and smooth.
- Stir in cocoa powder, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and salt until fully combined.
- Remove from heat and quickly fold in the Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
