These Chocolate Peanut Butter Frozen Bananas are a fun, healthy treat made with ripe bananas dipped in rich chocolate and drizzled with creamy peanut butter. Perfect for kids, parties, or a quick frozen dessert!

- 4 ripe bananas
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp coconut oil or shortening
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)
- Sprinkles or mini chocolate chips (optional)
- 8 wooden popsicle sticks
Instructions
- Peel the bananas and cut them in half crosswise. Insert a popsicle stick into each banana half.
- Place the bananas on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for at least 1 hour.
- In a microwave or double boiler, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth.
- Dip each frozen banana into the melted chocolate, turning to coat evenly.
- Warm the peanut butter slightly, then drizzle over the chocolate-coated bananas.
- Sprinkle with chopped peanuts, sprinkles, or mini chocolate chips if desired.
- Place the bananas back on the baking sheet and freeze for another 30 minutes, or until set.
- Enjoy straight from the freezer!

- Use almond or cashew butter instead of peanut butter for a different flavor.
- Roll the dipped bananas in crushed pretzels or shredded coconut for extra texture.
