Ingredients
Crust Layer:

Peanut Butter Layer:

Instructions

Make the crust: In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until fully combined. Press the mixture firmly into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Chill in the fridge while you make the filling.

Prepare the peanut butter layer: In a separate bowl, beat together the peanut butter, softened butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread evenly over the chilled crust.

Make the chocolate topping: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer and spread it out evenly.

Chill the bars in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until firm.
