Description

No-bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Bites are a quick and easy sweet treat made with wholesome ingredients and packed with rich chocolate and creamy peanut butter flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup melted dark chocolate (for coating, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  2. Add almond flour, coconut flour, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  4. Using your hands or a cookie scoop, form the dough into bite-sized balls and place them on a lined tray.
  5. If desired, dip each bite into melted dark chocolate and place back on the tray.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes, or until firm.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.

Notes

  • You can use honey or agave instead of maple syrup if preferred.
  • Use any nut or seed butter if avoiding peanuts.
  • Add a sprinkle of sea salt on top for extra flavor.
