Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mash bananas until smooth.
- Add melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to banana mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips evenly.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 55–65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool in pan for 10–15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
