Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Remove from pan and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Meanwhile, cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and return to the pot.
- Add butter to the noodles and stir until melted and evenly coated.
- Slice the chicken and serve over the buttered noodles. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

- Use rotisserie chicken for a quicker version of the recipe.
