Description

A comforting and simple dish featuring tender chicken served over buttery noodles, perfect for a cozy meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Remove from pan and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  3. Meanwhile, cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and return to the pot.
  4. Add butter to the noodles and stir until melted and evenly coated.
  5. Slice the chicken and serve over the buttered noodles. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
