Description

Chicken Tacos are a quick and flavorful meal made with tender, seasoned chicken tucked into warm tortillas and loaded with your favorite toppings for an easy weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • Toppings: diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado, salsa, cilantro

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces or thin strips.
  2. In a bowl, toss chicken with olive oil and all spices until evenly coated.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5–7 minutes, or until cooked through and lightly browned.
  4. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
