Ingredients
- 4 chicken sausages, sliced into 1-inch pieces
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped into chunks
- 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped into chunks
- 1 zucchini, sliced into thick rounds
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, toss the sliced chicken sausage and chopped vegetables with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Thread the sausage and vegetables alternately onto the skewers.
- Grill the skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and lightly charred and the sausage is heated through.
- Remove from grill and serve immediately.
