Description

These Chicken Sausage Skewers with Vegetables are a quick, healthy, and flavorful meal perfect for grilling season. Colorful veggies and savory sausage are grilled to perfection on skewers for a balanced and satisfying dish.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken sausages, sliced into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped into chunks
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped into chunks
  • 1 zucchini, sliced into thick rounds
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden or metal skewers


Instructions

  1. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the sliced chicken sausage and chopped vegetables with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Thread the sausage and vegetables alternately onto the skewers.
  5. Grill the skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and lightly charred and the sausage is heated through.
  6. Remove from grill and serve immediately.
