Description

A comforting and creamy Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole combining tender chicken, ham, and Swiss cheese in a flavorful, baked dish perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 1/2 cups diced ham
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers (about 1 sleeve)
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced ham, Swiss cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and Dijon mustard if using. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and spread it evenly.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter and stir to coat.
  5. Sprinkle the cracker topping evenly over the casserole.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
  7. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
