  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 100g bean sprouts
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 spring onions, chopped
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp ground white pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large wok or frying pan over high heat.
  3. Add the sliced chicken and stir-fry until cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.

  5. Add the garlic and bean sprouts, and cook for another minute.
  6. Return the chicken to the pan, then add the cooked noodles.
  7. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and white pepper. Stir well to combine.
  8. Add the chopped spring onions and stir-fry everything together for 1-2 more minutes.
  9. Adjust salt if needed, then serve hot.

Notes

  • You can use pre-cooked shredded chicken to save time.
