Description

Chicken Alfredo Monkey Bread is a savory pull-apart bread filled with creamy Alfredo sauce, tender chicken, and gooey cheese, making it a delicious appetizer or main dish perfect for sharing.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan with cooking spray or oil.
  2. Cut each biscuit into quarters and place in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix until everything is well coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the prepared bundt pan, pressing down lightly to pack it in evenly.
  5. Bake for 35–40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is cooked through.
  6. Let the monkey bread rest for 10 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • Add cooked bacon or sautéed mushrooms for extra flavor.
  • Serve with extra Alfredo sauce on the side for dipping.
