- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan with cooking spray or oil.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters and place in a large mixing bowl.
- Add shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix until everything is well coated.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared bundt pan, pressing down lightly to pack it in evenly.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is cooked through.
- Let the monkey bread rest for 10 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

- You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Add cooked bacon or sautéed mushrooms for extra flavor.
- Serve with extra Alfredo sauce on the side for dipping.
