Description

A retro no-bake dessert featuring a buttery graham cracker crust, a creamy whipped filling, and a vibrant cherry pie topping—perfect for gatherings and holidays.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups dairy whipped topping or 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and mix with graham cracker crumbs and granulated sugar until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into a 9×13-inch dish to form an even crust. Chill in the fridge to set.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
  4. If using heavy cream, whip it to stiff peaks in a separate bowl.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream or topping into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and fluffy.
  6. Spread the cream mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
  7. Top with cherry pie filling, spreading it evenly over the top.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set properly.

  • For variety, use chocolate cookie crust, or different pie fillings like blueberry or strawberry.
  • Almond extract can be added for a nutty flavor.
