Description

A dreamy, creamy white chocolate fudge infused with maraschino cherries and a hint of pink color, perfect for festive occasions or a sweet indulgence.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow crème
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 3/4 cup chopped maraschino cherries
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 34 drops red or pink food coloring
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or foil and lightly grease it.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine granulated sugar, evaporated milk, and butter. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  3. Continue boiling for 4-5 minutes, stirring continuously to prevent burning.
  4. Remove from heat and quickly stir in the white chocolate chips and marshmallow crème until melted and smooth.
  5. Add the chopped maraschino cherries, vanilla extract, and a few drops of food coloring to achieve a soft pink hue.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  7. Let the fudge cool at room temperature until set, or refrigerate for faster results.
  8. Once set, cut into squares and serve.
