Description

Cherry Cheesecake Puppy Chow is a sweet and tangy no-bake snack mix combining the flavors of cherry, white chocolate, and cheesecake in every crunchy bite. Perfect for parties, holidays, or anytime snacking.


Ingredients

  • 5 cups Rice Chex cereal
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) cheesecake instant pudding mix (dry)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup freeze-dried cherries, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place Rice Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl and set aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  3. Stir in softened cream cheese, milk, and almond extract (if using) until well blended and smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture over the cereal and gently fold until evenly coated.
  5. In a separate bowl or zip-top bag, mix together powdered sugar, dry cheesecake pudding mix, and crushed freeze-dried cherries.
  6. Add coated cereal to the sugar mixture and shake or toss until fully coated.
  7. Spread on parchment paper to cool and dry. Store in an airtight container.
