Description

Cheesy Chicken Fritters are tender, juicy, and flavorful patties made with ground chicken, shredded cheese, and spices, pan-fried to golden perfection. Perfect as a snack, appetizer, or main dish.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs ground chicken
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, shredded cheese, eggs, mayonnaise, flour, garlic, green onions, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the mixture for 15-20 minutes to help it firm up.
  3. Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  4. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture and shape into a patty. Place in the skillet.
  5. Cook fritters for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and fully cooked through.
  6. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  7. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
  8. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

  • Use a meat thermometer to ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F.
