Description

Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries are a delightful no-bake dessert featuring fresh strawberries filled with a creamy cheesecake mixture, perfect for parties or quick sweet cravings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh strawberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the strawberries. Cut off the stems and hollow out the centers using a small knife or a strawberry huller.
  2. In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Transfer the cheesecake filling into a piping bag or a plastic bag with the tip cut off.
  4. Pipe the cheesecake mixture into each hollowed strawberry.
  5. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top of the filled strawberries.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use large strawberries for easier filling.
  • You can dip the strawberries in melted chocolate for an extra indulgent treat.
