- 1 lb fresh strawberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Wash and dry the strawberries. Cut off the stems and hollow out the centers using a small knife or a strawberry huller.
- In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the cheesecake filling into a piping bag or a plastic bag with the tip cut off.
- Pipe the cheesecake mixture into each hollowed strawberry.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top of the filled strawberries.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use large strawberries for easier filling.
- You can dip the strawberries in melted chocolate for an extra indulgent treat.
