Description

Cheeseburger sliders are mini burgers made with juicy ground beef, melted cheese, and soft slider buns—perfect for parties, game days, or an easy family meal.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 12 slider buns
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
  • Pickles, ketchup, mustard (optional for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish with foil or parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Press the beef mixture into an even layer in the bottom of the baking dish.
  4. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until fully cooked. Remove from oven and drain any grease.
  5. Place cheese slices over the cooked beef and return to the oven for 2–3 minutes, until melted.
  6. Slice the beef and cheese into 12 equal squares.
  7. Slice slider buns horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  8. Layer the beef and cheese squares onto the buns, add optional toppings, and cover with the top halves of buns.
  9. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
  10. Bake for 5–7 more minutes until buns are lightly toasted. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Use Hawaiian rolls or any soft dinner rolls for extra flavor.
  • Customize with your favorite burger toppings like onions, pickles, or bacon.
  • Great for make-ahead—assemble and refrigerate, then bake when ready to serve.
