- Pretzel sticks for serving
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- In a shallow dish, mix together chopped pecans, parsley, and bacon (if using).
- Roll the chilled cheese mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Roll each ball in the pecan mixture until fully coated.
- Insert a pretzel stick into each cheese ball for easy serving.
- Chill until ready to serve.
