Description

Cheese Ball Bites are a fun and savory appetizer made with a creamy cheese mixture, rolled in nuts and herbs, perfect for parties or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

  • 1/4 cup crumbled bacon (optional)
  • Pretzel sticks for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  3. In a shallow dish, mix together chopped pecans, parsley, and bacon (if using).

  5. Roll each ball in the pecan mixture until fully coated.
