- 1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the halved Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then toss to coat evenly.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, turning once halfway through, until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
- While Brussels sprouts are roasting, mix balsamic vinegar and honey in a small saucepan over low heat. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Remove Brussels sprouts from the oven and drizzle with the honey balsamic glaze. Toss to coat and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, avoid overcrowding the baking sheet.
- Can be made vegan by substituting maple syrup for honey.
- Add crushed red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
