- 1 1/2 lbs flank or skirt steak
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1/2 cup diced white onion
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine orange juice, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, cilantro, jalapeño, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
- Place the steak in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, preferably 4 hours.
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Remove steak from marinade and grill for 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
- Remove steak from heat and let rest for 5 minutes. Slice thinly against the grain.
- Warm the tortillas on the grill or stovetop.
- Assemble tacos by placing steak slices on tortillas and topping with diced onion, chopped cilantro, and a squeeze of lime juice. Add salsa or hot sauce if desired.
Notes
- Marinating the steak longer enhances the flavor.
- Use skirt or flank steak for best results.
- Warm tortillas help prevent them from breaking.
