- 1/2 cup caramel sauce (plus more for drizzling)
- 1/2 cup toffee bits or chopped nuts (optional)
- Fresh apple slices, for serving
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined and creamy.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a serving dish.
- Pour the caramel sauce over the cream cheese layer and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle toffee bits or chopped nuts over the caramel layer, if using.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving with fresh apple slices.
