Scale
  • 4 cups pecans
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg white and water until frothy.
  3. Add vanilla extract and stir to combine.
  4. Add the pecans to the egg white mixture and toss to coat evenly.
