Description

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts generously with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked and golden brown.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the sliced bell peppers and cook for 3-5 minutes until they are tender but still slightly crisp.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet and toss with the peppers to combine and heat through.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve hot.
