Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts generously with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked and golden brown.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the sliced bell peppers and cook for 3-5 minutes until they are tender but still slightly crisp.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and toss with the peppers to combine and heat through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve hot.
