Description

A classic Caesar salad featuring crisp romaine lettuce, crunchy croutons, Parmesan cheese, and a creamy, tangy homemade Caesar dressing.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup croutons
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. In a large bowl, add chopped romaine lettuce and toss with the dressing until evenly coated.
