Description

A creamy, tangy, and anchovy-free Caesar-style dressing perfect for salads, sandwiches, or dipping.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 small garlic clove, grated
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons water (adjust to desired consistency)
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and grated garlic until smooth.
  2. Stir in the finely grated Parmesan cheese.
  3. Slowly whisk in the olive oil until the dressing is emulsified and creamy.
  4. Add water, a little at a time, to reach your desired consistency.
  5. Season with freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes before using to let the flavors meld.
