Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roast squash: Toss butternut squash with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 20–25 minutes until tender.
- Toast baguette: Toast baguette slices in the oven until golden and crisp.
- Assemble crostini: Spread goat cheese on baguette slices, top with roasted squash, cranberries, honey, and thyme.
- Garnish and serve: Garnish with parsley and serve warm or at room temperature.

- You can make the roasted squash ahead of time and assemble the crostini just before serving.
