Description

Bunny Bait is a sweet and salty Easter snack mix made with popcorn, pretzels, candy, and melted white chocolate. It’s a no-bake treat that’s perfect for springtime celebrations, Easter baskets, or a fun movie night snack!

Ingredients

  • 6 cups popped popcorn (plain or lightly salted)

  • 2 cups mini pretzels

  • 1 1/2 cups pastel-colored M&Ms (Easter mix)

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips (or white candy melts)

  • 2 tablespoons sprinkles (pastel or rainbow)

Instructions

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the popcorn, pretzels, M&Ms, and mini marshmallows.

Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.

Pour the melted white chocolate over the popcorn mix and stir gently to coat everything evenly.

Spread the coated mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.

Immediately sprinkle with sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet.

Let the mixture set at room temperature for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens.

Break into pieces and serve or store in an airtight container.

Notes

  • You can swap in other candies like jelly beans or mini chocolate eggs.

  • Use colored candy melts for a more festive look.

  • Keeps well in a sealed container for up to 1 week.
