2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)

10 small flour or corn tortillas

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large bowl, mix together shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.

Warm the tortillas slightly in the microwave (about 20 seconds) to make them easier to roll.

Place about 2 tablespoons of filling onto the bottom third of each tortilla, then roll tightly.

Place rolled taquitos seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
