Instructions

- Fold in oats and chocolate chips evenly.
- Chill dough in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop dough onto the baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are golden and centers are just set.
- Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
