Instructions
- Chop the broccoli into small, bite-sized florets and place them in a large bowl.
- Finely dice the red onion and add it to the broccoli.
- Cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble it and add to the bowl.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese, sunflower seeds, and dried cranberries.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and honey until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
