Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and bell peppers, and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the egg mixture to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until scrambled and fully cooked.
- If using, stir in the cooked sausage or bacon and remove from heat.
- Warm tortillas in a dry pan or microwave until pliable.
- Divide the egg mixture evenly between the tortillas, sprinkle with shredded cheese, and roll up into burritos.
- Serve immediately with salsa or hot sauce if desired.
