Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- 1 can (21 oz) blueberry pie filling
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form a crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust evenly.
- Spoon the blueberry pie filling over the cream cheese layer and spread gently.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set before serving.
