Description

Blueberry Yum Yum is a classic Southern no-bake dessert made with layers of buttery graham cracker crust, creamy cheesecake filling, and sweet blueberry pie topping.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 1 can (21 oz) blueberry pie filling


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form a crust.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust evenly.
  5. Spoon the blueberry pie filling over the cream cheese layer and spread gently.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set before serving.
