Description

A refreshing and vibrant salad featuring juicy blueberries, sweet peaches, and tangy feta, drizzled with a light honey-lime dressing.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 2 peaches, sliced
  • 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 cups mixed greens (arugula, spinach, or a blend)
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup pecans, toasted (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste


Instructions
