Description

This creamy BLT Dip is the perfect crowd-pleaser! Packed with crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and a rich cream cheese base, it’s everything you love about a classic BLT sandwich—just in dip form. Serve it with crackers, chips, or sliced baguette for an easy appetizer that disappears fast.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 1 cup chopped lettuce (iceberg or romaine)

  • 1 cup diced tomatoes (seeded for less moisture)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: sliced green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.

  2. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and garlic powder.

  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Spread mixture evenly into a serving dish or pie plate.

  5. Top with crumbled bacon, chopped lettuce, and diced tomatoes.

  6. Garnish with sliced green onions if using.

  7. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

  8. Serve with crackers, tortilla chips, or toasted baguette slices.

Notes

  • Make sure the tomatoes are well-drained to keep the dip from getting watery.

  • This dip can be made a few hours ahead of time. Just wait to add the lettuce and tomatoes until right before serving for the freshest taste and texture.

  • For a spicy kick, add a pinch of cayenne or use pepper jack cheese instead of cheddar.
