Description

A refreshing and fruity blackberry limeade made with fresh blackberries, lime juice, and a touch of sweetness. Perfect for hot days and summer gatherings.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blackberries
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (about 4 limes)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 3 cups cold water
  • Ice cubes, for serving
  • Lime slices and extra blackberries, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine blackberries, lime juice, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove seeds and pulp.
  3. Add cold water to the pitcher and stir well to combine.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or lime juice as desired.
  5. Serve over ice in glasses and garnish with lime slices and blackberries if desired.

Notes
