For the Big Mac Sauce:

-
2 tsp sweet pickle relish
-
1/2 tsp white vinegar
-
1/2 tsp garlic powder
-
1/2 tsp onion powder
-
1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
-
Make the Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix together all the sauce ingredients. Set aside or chill until ready to use. -
Cook the Beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef. Add salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and ketchup. Cook until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease if needed. -
Assemble the Wraps:
Warm the tortillas slightly to make them easier to fold. Spread some sauce on each tortilla. Top with cooked beef, shredded cheese, lettuce, pickles, and onions. -
Wrap and Serve:
Fold each tortilla like a burrito or roll it up tightly. Serve as is, or place back in the skillet to toast each side for 1-2 minutes until golden and crispy.
Notes
-
You can use ground turkey or plant-based meat for a lighter or vegetarian version.
-
Add tomatoes or swap cheddar for American cheese if preferred.
-
Toasting the wrap gives it extra flavor and helps hold everything together.
