Description

These Big Mac Wraps are a fun and easy twist on the classic fast-food favorite. Packed with seasoned ground beef, melty cheese, lettuce, pickles, and a creamy homemade special sauce—all wrapped up in a warm tortilla. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or lunch on the go!

Ingredients

For the Wraps:

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp ketchup

  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

  • 1/2 cup diced pickles

  • 1/4 cup diced onions (optional)

For the Big Mac Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp ketchup

  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard

  • 2 tsp sweet pickle relish

  • 1/2 tsp white vinegar

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Make the Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix together all the sauce ingredients. Set aside or chill until ready to use.

  2. Cook the Beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef. Add salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and ketchup. Cook until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease if needed.

  3. Assemble the Wraps:
Warm the tortillas slightly to make them easier to fold. Spread some sauce on each tortilla. Top with cooked beef, shredded cheese, lettuce, pickles, and onions.

  4. Wrap and Serve:
Fold each tortilla like a burrito or roll it up tightly. Serve as is, or place back in the skillet to toast each side for 1-2 minutes until golden and crispy.

Notes

  • You can use ground turkey or plant-based meat for a lighter or vegetarian version.

  • Add tomatoes or swap cheddar for American cheese if preferred.

  • Toasting the wrap gives it extra flavor and helps hold everything together.
