Description

These Big Mac Cheeseburger Bombs are a fun and delicious twist on the classic fast-food favorite. Soft biscuit dough is stuffed with seasoned ground beef, gooey cheese, pickles, and Big Mac-style sauce, then baked until golden. They’re perfect for game day, parties, or a quick family dinner!

Ingredients

For the bombs:

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/4 cup diced onions

  • 1/4 cup dill pickle chips, chopped

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

  • Sesame seeds (optional topping)

For the Big Mac sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons French dressing

  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish

  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar

  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef, diced onions, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until browned. Drain excess grease and let it cool slightly.

  3. In a small bowl, mix all the Big Mac sauce ingredients together. Set aside.

  4. Flatten each biscuit dough round slightly with your hands or a rolling pin.

  5. Add about 1 tablespoon of the cooked beef, a little chopped pickle, shredded cheese, and a small dollop of Big Mac sauce to the center of each dough round.

  6. Pinch the edges together and roll into a ball, sealing well.

  7. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush tops with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if using.

  8. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

  9. Serve warm with extra Big Mac sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • You can substitute crescent roll dough or pizza dough if you don’t have biscuit dough.

  • Make them ahead and reheat in the oven or air fryer for a quick snack.

  • Add a slice of American cheese inside for extra cheesy goodness.
