- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Optional add-ins: cooked bacon, ham, sautéed onions, spinach, mushrooms, or bell peppers

- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and heavy cream until smooth.
- Season the egg mixture with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the crust base.
- Add any mix-ins such as cooked bacon, vegetables, or ham on top of the cheese.
- Pour the egg mixture over the fillings in the crust.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Blind bake the crust for 10 minutes if it’s not labeled ‘ready to bake’ to prevent sogginess.
- Sauté vegetables beforehand to avoid excess moisture.
- Make-ahead friendly: store in the fridge overnight and reheat before serving.
