- 1 prepared pizza crust
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Brush the pizza crust lightly with olive oil and place it on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread barbecue sauce evenly over the crust, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Top with shredded chicken, red onion slices, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped cilantro if desired.
- Slice and serve hot.
