Description

A delicious homemade BBQ Chicken Pizza topped with tangy barbecue sauce, tender chicken, red onions, and melted cheese on a crispy crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 prepared pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Brush the pizza crust lightly with olive oil and place it on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  3. Spread barbecue sauce evenly over the crust, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Top with shredded chicken, red onion slices, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped cilantro if desired.
  7. Slice and serve hot.
