Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a Bundt pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time. Add sour cream, mashed bananas, and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring just until incorporated.
- Pour batter into prepared Bundt pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cake cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
- Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with glaze before serving.
