Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place cod fillets in a lightly greased baking dish.
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the lemon butter mixture over the cod fillets, making sure they are well coated.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the cod flakes easily with a fork.
