Description

Baked Chicken Quesadillas are a crispy, cheesy, and family-friendly meal made with seasoned chicken and melted cheese, baked to golden perfection for an easy and mess-free dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 6 large flour tortillas
  • Cooking spray or olive oil, for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cheese, salsa, cumin, garlic powder, and chili powder. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Lay out tortillas and spoon an equal amount of the chicken mixture on one half of each tortilla. Fold tortillas in half over the filling to form a half-moon shape.
