1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets

1 tablespoon water

1 cup breadcrumbs (regular or panko)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional for extra flavor)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Cooking spray or olive oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Set up the coating stations:
In a small bowl, beat the eggs with water.
In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan (if using), garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. -
Coat the cauliflower:
Dip each cauliflower floret into the egg mixture, then roll in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to coat well. -
Arrange and bake:
Place coated cauliflower pieces in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil for extra crispiness. -
Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crisp on the outside and tender inside.
