Description

A creamy, sweet dip made with cream cheese, brown sugar, and toffee bits—perfectly paired with crisp apple slices for a crowd-pleasing treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup toffee bits (like Heath Bits O’ Brickle), divided
  • 45 fresh apples, sliced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (for apple slices)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until fluffy.
  3. Fold in most of the toffee bits, reserving some for garnish.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle remaining toffee bits on top.
  5. Slice apples and toss with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  6. Serve dip chilled with prepared apple slices.

Notes

  • Try caramel sauce in place of toffee for a caramel apple flavor.
  • Add mini chocolate chips for extra sweetness.
  • Pair with pears, strawberries, or graham crackers for variety.
  • Use flavored cream cheese like honey or cinnamon for a twist.
