Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until fluffy.
- Fold in most of the toffee bits, reserving some for garnish.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle remaining toffee bits on top.
- Slice apples and toss with lemon juice to prevent browning.
- Serve dip chilled with prepared apple slices.
