- 3 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan generously with butter or nonstick spray.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Mix in the applesauce and apple cider until smooth.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture and stir until just combined.
- Pour batter into prepared bundt pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool in pan for 10-15 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
- Once cooled, brush cake with melted butter and coat generously with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
