- 2 cups cooked turkey, chopped
- 4 cups cubed bread
- 2 large eggs, beaten

- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 2 cups green beans (fresh, blanched or canned, drained)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup water or extra broth (to thin soup)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a skillet, melt butter and sauté chopped onion and celery until tender.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked turkey, sautéed vegetables, cubed bread, beaten eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, pepper, and chicken broth. Mix well to form stuffing.
- Spread the stuffing mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Layer mashed potatoes over the stuffing and smooth with a spatula.
- Top with green beans.
- In a small bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup with water or broth to thin slightly. Pour evenly over casserole.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until hot and bubbly and the cheese is golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
