Quick and easy Air Fryer Salmon that’s crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. A healthy and flavorful meal ready in under 20 minutes.
Ingredients

- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
- Brush the mixture over both sides of the salmon fillets.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 7-9 minutes, depending on thickness, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from air fryer and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket to allow even cooking.
- Use skin-on salmon for best texture and flavor.
- Internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C) for doneness.
