Description

Quick and easy Air Fryer Salmon that’s crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. A healthy and flavorful meal ready in under 20 minutes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
  4. Brush the mixture over both sides of the salmon fillets.
  5. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 7-9 minutes, depending on thickness, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Remove from air fryer and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.

Notes

  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket to allow even cooking.
  • Use skin-on salmon for best texture and flavor.
  • Internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C) for doneness.
