Description

Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, these Air Fryer Salmon Bites are a quick, healthy, and flavorful option for lunch, dinner, or a protein-packed snack.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp soy sauce or tamari (optional for flavor)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and soy sauce.
  3. Add the salmon cubes to the bowl and toss gently to coat evenly.
  4. Place the salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer without overcrowding.
  5. Cook for 7-9 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the salmon is cooked through and crispy on the edges.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce or side dish.

Notes

  • Do not overcook the salmon to avoid dryness.
  • You can marinate the salmon for 15-30 minutes for enhanced flavor.
  • Serve with rice, salad, or in a wrap for a complete meal.
