- 1 tsp onion powder

- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp soy sauce or tamari (optional for flavor)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and soy sauce.
- Add the salmon cubes to the bowl and toss gently to coat evenly.
- Place the salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer without overcrowding.
- Cook for 7-9 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the salmon is cooked through and crispy on the edges.
