These delicious Air Fryer Pepperoni Rolls are the perfect snack or meal for anyone craving a combination of savory pepperoni, melted cheese, and soft dough. Fast and easy to make, these rolls are crispy on the outside and ooey-gooey on the inside. Perfect for a quick dinner or an appetizer!
Ingredients

1 can refrigerated pizza dough

12 slices pepperoni

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning (optional)

Marinara sauce (for dipping, optional)
Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the pizza dough onto a flat surface and cut it into 6 rectangles.

Lay 2 slices of pepperoni on each rectangle of dough, followed by a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese.

Carefully roll up each rectangle, sealing the ends by pinching the dough together.

Brush the tops of the rolls with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning if desired.

Place the rolls in the air fryer basket, making sure they don’t touch.

Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly.
