Description

Juicy and flavorful meatballs made effortlessly in the air fryer, perfect as an appetizer or main dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, parsley, milk, salt, pepper, and oregano.
  3. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
  4. Form the mixture into 1 to 1.5-inch meatballs.
  5. Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between them.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until meatballs are browned and cooked through (internal temp should be 160°F/71°C).
  7. Serve hot with your favorite sauce or on top of pasta.

Notes

  • You can use a mix of beef and pork for extra flavor.
  • Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for later.
  • Serve with marinara sauce for a classic Italian taste.
