- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, parsley, milk, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Form the mixture into 1 to 1.5-inch meatballs.
- Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until meatballs are browned and cooked through (internal temp should be 160°F/71°C).
- Serve hot with your favorite sauce or on top of pasta.
Notes
- You can use a mix of beef and pork for extra flavor.
- Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for later.
- Serve with marinara sauce for a classic Italian taste.
